The Commatrix

Future Designs and Design Futures

The faculty and students of Taiwan Tech have shown excellence performance with design in recent years, repeatedly receiving award winning achievements in domestic and international design competitions. The Taiwan Creative Communication Matrix was founded with the purpose to integrate the expertise and characteristics among the colleges of Taiwan Tech, and the design resources at home and abroad, to jointly develop even more products which will promote higher overall human well-being and living standards, and enable Taiwan’s industries to obtain benefit. At the same time, the Matrix has the purpose to enhance the school’s reputation in the international community. Based on the concept in user-centered design, the Matrix is devoted in the design and development of products, advertising, multimedia, animation, display and packaging among the areas in food, clothing, housing, transportation and communications, education and recreation.
