New Generation Building System Center

Based on the open building system concept, this center aims to create a platform for the integration of all advanced building technology.  Utilizing the design and production concepts of standardization and modularization, it is possible after the completion of a building’s structural supports to add and replace partitions and equipment at any time over a period of 50 to 100 years, allowing the building to adapt to ever-changing life or work functions.  The goal of a sustainable building can be achieved through the recycling and reuse of all infilling materials.
