The Swedish Council for Higher Education is a government agency whose responsibilities span across the education sector. One of the main focus areas is higher education. The task is to provide objective and relevant information about higher education and the Swedish Scholastic Aptitude Test. The agency’s responsibilities include stimulating interest in higher education and promoting widening participation. They are contracted by Swedish universities and university colleges to manage admissions, and also provide support for student administration. As a result, detailed knowledge of admission regulations is processed. Additionally, the agency works to prevent discrimination and to promote equal treatment at universities. The guests are impressed with the participation in EU FP7 projects and interested in the participation mechanism of Taiwan partners and what research teams received from the FP7 projects. They visited the Stack Ventilation System and Displacement Air Conditioning System, the research outcomes adapted in the TBTC Building, and the creative design products awarded by the international design competitions in the last few years.
